• All vehicle manufacturers’ towing requirements are adhered to
• Product tted by an authorised installer and used solely for the purpose of towing
• Product has not been damaged due to incorrect use or as a result of a motor vehicle accident
• Product has not been modi ed in any way
• Product has not exceeded recommended towing capacity
All warranty issues will be inspected and diagnosed at our facility in Kilsyth VIC 3137. This will negate any callout fees or labour charges if the fault or warranty claim is not the responsibility of Fivestar Towbars or manufacturers that supply our products.
Fivestar Towbars PTY LTD reserves the right to assess any faults or malfunctions that may or may not have occurred due to the installation of a towbar, brake controller or any other wiring installed by ourselves.
No unauthorised repairs or bills will be accepted by Fivestar Towbars unless written consent/authorisation has been given prior to any 3rd party repairs.
We will contact and correspond with the manufacturer of any product warranty claim on the behalf of the purchaser to achieve the fairest result.
All types of towbars and tow hitches for all applications are available to be installed by Five Star Towbars. Many other accessories such as brake controllers, load levelling systems, airglide systems and anti away systems are also available.
